Return and Refund Policy

GPSforTrack proudly provides a 15-day money back guarantee when you purchase up to 2 pieces and order online. You should install and test the devices within 15 days of receiving them to ensure satisfaction.
 
Please notify us of any order discrepancy or damage within 48 hours of the delivery date. To initiate refunds, simply return the product in the original packaging complete with all accessories. We will process refunds within 7 business days.
 
You must ensure that you supply the devices in their original condition and in good physical condition to qualify for a refund.

Note: You can activate a one-year warranty on GPSforTrack GPS tracking devices when you cover them with the GPSforTrack service package. The GPSforTrack Basic service package provides the standard one-year warranty for covered devices. We will replace you faulty or defective units free of charge within these warranty periods.

Please note that term contracts such as Client Service Agreements do not fall under this Return and Cancellation Policy.

GPSforTrack happily offers a 15-day money-back guarantee starting from the date of installation. We encourage you to install and test the devices within 15 days of receiving them to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. However, you cannot apply this money-back guarantee to any AIS-140 devices, as once you install and activate them, you cannot seek deactivation or claim a refund. Therefore, please note that purchasing AIS-140 is absolute and complete, and in no event is it refundable.

Claims

You must present any claim to GPSforTrack in writing within 15 days of the occurrence that gave rise to said claim; otherwise, you waive the claim.

Return of damaged or non-operational units

If you believe you have received a damaged or defective product, or if the product ceases to function correctly after installation, please return it immediately for exchange or testing. If you deem a device to be defective, we will ship you a refurbished unit free of charge. You are responsible for any loss or damage to products in shipping from your location to GPSforTrack.

Once you opt, you cannot cancel or refund for Services/Renewals.

GPSforTrack TAG issues the Warranty and Refund Policy.

GPSforTrack provides Hardware Limited Warranty.

This Limited Warranty provides you specific legal rights. You may also possess other legal rights that vary by state, province, or jurisdiction. The applicable law will prevent the disclaimers, exclusions, and limitations of liability under this Limited Warranty from applying to the extent prohibited. For a full description of your legal rights, you should consult the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, and you may wish to reach out to a relevant consumer advisory service.

GPSforTrack assures you that your GPSforTrack hardware product (“the Product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of delivery to the original retail purchaser (“the Warranty Period”). If you discover a defect in the Product within the Warranty Period, GPSforTrack will, at its sole option and subject to applicable laws: Repair or replace it with a new or refurbished product or component; or refund the original purchase price upon your return of the defective Product.

This Warranty does not apply

(a) You purchase product from unauthorized resellers.

(b) where users do not comply with the instructions for use and activation of the Product

(c) where a jailbroken or rooted mobile device uses the Product

(d) where abuse, accident, unauthorized modification, or other causes beyond our reasonable control damage the Product.

(e) The employer purchases products for use by employees at the workplace, and the product manufacturer provides warnings or instructions to the employer.

(f) Manufacturers provide warnings or instructions to the purchaser of components that form part of an end product, and the use of the end product causes harm.

(g) Experts are meant to use the products, and the product manufacturer has provided warnings or instructions to them.

(h) Users employ the product under the influence of alcohol or un-prescribed drug.

The product manufacturer will not take on liability for failing to provide a warning of danger, which is obvious or commonly known.

This warranty adds to any rights you may have under applicable law including the Indian Consumer Protection Act (CPA 1986). If you believe you are entitled to a remedy under the CPA or other local law, please contact us at www.GPSforTrack.com.

ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE APPLICABLE EXPRESS WARRANTY. ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, ARE DISCLAIMED. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction.

Claims process: To obtain remedies under this Warranty, the Consumer must submit their claim to GPSforTrack before the end of the Warranty Period. The Consumer must obtain a Return Product Authorization (“RPA”) from GPSforTrack and return the defective Device together with proof of purchase to the address that GPSforTrack specifies in connection with the RPA. The Consumer shall bear the cost of shipping the Device to GPSforTrack. By sending the Device, the Consumer agrees to transfer ownership to GPSforTrack.

GPSforTrack may not return the original Device to the Consumer. GPSforTrack warrants that the remainder of the original Warranty Period covers any repaired or replaced Device. If the claim is justified based on this Warranty, Letstrack shall bear the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement Device to the Consumer. GPSforTrack may reject any product returned without a valid warranty claim or without a RPA, return it at the sender’s cost (subject to prepayment), or dispose of it at GPSforTrack’s sole discretion.

To obtain an RPA from GPSforTrack, consumers can use the GPSforTrack app to get the RPA request number.

If you are the original purchaser of the Product and you are not satisfied with this product, you can return it in its original condition within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery and receive a full refund.

We have worked very hard to create a product that you will love, and we believe you will love your GPSforTrack product. However, we realize that the Product you receive from GPSforTrack may not meet your expectations. Should this rare occurrence take place, the original retail purchaser of the Product may return all GPSforTrack items purchased in the original transaction, in their original condition, with the original receipt and packaging, within 15 days of delivery to the original retail purchaser, and Letstrack will exchange it or provide a full refund back to the original form of payment for the original purchase price.Please note that you can only purchase Products directly from GPSforTrack or its authorized reseller under this policy. This is in addition to your legal rights and your rights under the GPSforTrack hardware one (6) months warranty referred to above.

There are a few important things to keep in mind when making your return request

Our authorised reseller can only refund orders that you place directly through them. If you purchased your GPSforTrack Tag(s) from another party/ecommerce, please contact them for return instructions. You can return your GPSforTrack Tag for a refund within 15 days from the day you received your GPSforTrack Tag shipment. You must return the order in good condition with its original packaging.
Partial returns are not eligible for refund (example: If you ordered 3 GPSforTrack Tags, you must return all 3 GPSforTrack Tags to receive a refund)
Instructions for refund

Begin by submitting a return request by selecting Returns and Refunds on the GPSforTrack website.
Within one business day, you will receive an email/SMS from our Customer Care center with a Return Product Authorization number (RPA) along with further instructions on how to return your order.
When you are ready to ship your returned order, we recommend that you use a shipping service that can track shipments, so that you can track your shipment. Just a reminder, GPSforTrack does not cover shipping costs associated with the return order.
Once you return your order, we will verify that all GPSforTrack Tags in your original order are present and conduct a quality check on them.
Once the return is processed and approved, a confirmation email/SMS will be sent to you with information on when you should expect your refund
Your refund will be returned to your original form of pay me.
